Privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026. This policy describes the current Molla Digital website. It does not cover software products delivered to clients under separate agreements.

Information you choose to send

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, organization type and message are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Email Service to email our team. You can also email [email protected] directly. The newsletter control opens a prepared message in your own email app; it does not silently subscribe you. Please do not include patient records or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry.

Browser storage

The site stores your theme preference and cookie notice choice in your browser’s local storage. You can clear these preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.

Technical services

Cloudflare Turnstile checks enquiry submissions for automated abuse. It processes technical request information, including your IP address, and the verification result is checked by our Cloudflare Worker before your message is delivered. Cloudflare may also process form content and technical request information to deliver and protect enquiries. Our hosting and DNS providers may process standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to serve and protect the site. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive a request from your browser. We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Email routing

Messages sent to [email protected] are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our destination inbox. Email delivery providers may process messages to deliver them.

Your choices

You can contact us at [email protected] to ask about a message you sent or request its deletion, subject to any applicable legal or operational need to retain it.
